Europe is a diverse and fun continent, with many countries, colors, regions, and cultures. Many tourists go to Europe each year to visit Paris, London, and many other famous cities. There are few people that do not adore the dialects and beauty of Europe. Everything from the landscape, to the women is stunning.

Italy is a popular destination for those traveling to Europe. Many people flock to the Vatican City to see the historical religious areas. The Vatican is a very small area, and its residents total less than 1,000! That’s an impressively tiny population for such an incredible place. Most people do not realize that Vatican City is often considered a country of its own.

Europe has many people that speak many languages, and practice several different cultures. It has everything. No one is left out when visiting Europe, and that is what makes it so special. It is a fact that Europe has over 700 million residents over all of its expansive land. Europe is nothing short of spectacular and mesmerizing.

Sweden was the first country in Europe to start a census of its citizens. It began counting them in the 1400s, can you imagine what that would be like without a computer? Slavery was prevalent in Europe, but the Republic of Dubrovnic ended it before any other country did. That was the first step in a revolution for Europeans.

Charity and helping others is obviously and important trait for many European nations. If you were to see the list of the most charitable and helpful nations in the world, European countries would be the entire top 10. How many continents can boast about being the most generous? Not many! They must have gained their kind spirits from somewhere! War has torn Europe apart too many times to count, and every time they pulled together. In World War Two, the UK was heavily damaged, and many people died. It was then that universal healthcare was administered, to help all of its citizens, young or old. This is something not many people know about Europe, yet is an important fact of its history. In addition, Europe once had 70 additional countries. They are now part of other nations, so they do not virtually exist.

The industrial revolution changed the course of everyone’s future. Great Britain took the first step into the industrial revolution, and we have not looked back since. That is a very important role that Great Britain took on for us!
